The information obtained by Zealous Choreography is confidential information obtained is collected, used and stored in accordance with the National Privacy Principles under the federal Privacy Act 1988.
Zealous Choreography does supply information to other organisations, businesses, or individuals without the consent of the user. Data may need to be provided to external service providers affiliated with Zealous Choreography in order for the service providers to perform or complete their obligations to the business. These include such businesses as:
- Email Marketing firms required to store information for clients database
- IT service providers that manage and maintain Zealous Choreography’s servers, networks, ISP’s, and other related industries.
When personal information is provided to third parties Zealous Choreography will initiate all actions to ensure that information is treated confidentiality in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act 1988.
If the user has opted to become a subscribe to Zealous Choreography email newsletters, Zealous Choreography will use information obtained to send out promotional materials, seminars, news, events and other information that may be of some interest. The user may opt out of the Subscribe option when he/she pleases and Zealous Choreography will remove the user from their database.
Our web server records statistical data of users for marketing research purposes. Data obtained will not be directly of the user unless specified through form by which the user agrees to submit. These may include:
- Date and time of visit
- Pages accessed and duration of visit
- Browser you are viewing with
- Geographic location (Country, State)
- Referring URL ie. How the site was found; search engine, link from site
From this information Zealous Choreography will not in any way attempt to identify the user through the information stated above unless by law or legal reasons, law enforcements may warrant to inspect information. Users may request Zealous Choreography to access personal information obtained if any, processing all requests for access in accordance to the National Privacy Principles. However, in some circumstances we have the option to refuse access listed in the National Privacy Principles. If in the circumstances refusal of access to information does occur Zealous Choreography will provide legitimate reasons. If information of the user is inaccurate or up-to-date Zealous Choreography will provide steps for users to update or inform the team to update user information in the database.
With constantly changing technologies and laws Zealous Choreography reserve the right to revise, change, and update the Privacy Policy currently stated. Updates will occur at any time without prior notice to users in the -database. Zealous Choreography will be notifying changes by posting up-to-date versions of the policy on the website.
